Organisation
means any person/company who has availed the services.

The
terms and conditions and any operational rule given here constitute the
entire agreement between " Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd. " and customer with respect
to the services.

Service
includes web hosting, designing, scripting, cd-Authoring and information
services that "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." offers, markets, maintains and supports
as of date and all fixes, updates and upgrades that "Webline Infosoft
Pvt.Ltd."
may offers to the customer, However, the term in this service will
cover only those which the customer has specifically availed.

"Webline
Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." shall provide service to the customer, in accordance with
these terms and conditions for a period of twelve months from a date
of hosting of a product opted for , in lieu of the service charge
paid by the customer at the time of signing this contract form.

The
registration fee is payable in advance and is unconditionally non refundable.
if any tax, fee or other out goings are levied by the government in future,
the same shall be bome by the customer.

"Webline
Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." shall not be liable to the customer for any loss expense
or damage of any kind in connection with the performance of its obligations
under this contract or an sing form disruption, interruption, suspension
or malfunction of the services for whatsoever reasons.

The
customer is entirely responsible for any civil or criminal liability
which is incurred as a result of their use of the web pages.

The
customer hereby undertakes to indemnify "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." against liability
for any and all aspects of this service, "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." expressly
excludes any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular
purpose to the fullest extent possible by law.

"Webline
Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the service.
Whatever possible "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." will strive to give prior notification
of such changes, though "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd." reserves the right to
do so without prior notice to the customer.

This
agreement is subject to force majored clause.

All
disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.

All
correspondence shall be addressed to "Webline Infosoft Pvt.Ltd.".

The
Customer hereby declares that he has read these terms and conditions and
the contract form completely and that he unconditionally agrees to abide
by these terms and conditions.
